Flowers are lovely but will fade after a week at most.

How about something that will last a bit longer.  a lot longer.
Let me capture portraits of your beautiful wife, husband, family or children.
Of course, let me not exclude you love birds, Girl friends and boy friends~!

I am offering a mini sessions that will last 20 minutes.
It sounds short but plenty enough to get beautiful portraits.

You can choose 5 portraits for your CD.
They are great to use for cards, send to your loved ones, and print for your home.

These are the dates, time and location:

C & R and the girls : Family Portrait

I was asked to document time spent between these beautiful girls and their grandparents.  What a fabulous Christmas present!

I had an amazing time with them because not only were these girls naturals but I can see how much grandma and grandpa love their girls. There are all kinds of love in this world but nothing beats this kind of love!  I miss my Grandma now...

There are 10 photos total, please reload if  you don't see them all.

I love the fall in Hong Kong!

The past few months, the air has not been quiet so clean, to put it mildly...
But today I was able to see the Kowloon side from HK!
At times like this, we like to go and enjoy the nature.
Unfortunately we didn't get to go out at all today...

Past two weekends though, we did go to a park.

Hope all of you will enjoy this weather and clean air this weekend!

My favorite things - Give away

I feel so lucky to be doing what I am doing.  Really.
I am so thankful that I can do what I love and meet the wonderful people I have.
I am also thankful for all the online supporters!

As a small token of a thank you, I wanted to do a give away!!!

Instead of just one, I wanted to do two items to two different people.

First one is my favorite chocolate~

Ferrero Rocher - sweet nutty and can be consumed in one bite!!!!  yummm.....

I've had these since I was little for special treats.  Even now, I'll have some of these for special treat when I've completed my work or am hungry or actually for anything...  haha

Second one is in replace of my favorite, moscato

Beringer white zinfandel - from Napa CA.

"Aromas of vibrant strawberry honeydew and citrus.  Fresh red berry, citrus and melon flavors on the palate.  Light bodied straight forward and refreshing."

I had visited Napa wineries with my baby sister.  Just the two of us.  It was an amazing trip and I miss it.  Though what I fell in love was  a moscato, I couldn't find one here...

So this is what you do to win:

1. Goto my facebook page  (Press like the page if you haven't already~!)
2. Find the post about the give-away.
3. Let me know what place HK you'd recommend to visitors (We are expecting a lot of visitors this winter...) and which prize you'd rather win
4. Enter until November 8 (Thursday), and I will announce the winner on the 9th (Friday)

I will randomly draw two separate numbers and contact the winner.

Thanks!!  and I hope you win~

ps I hand made the ribbons...  impressive, right???

Dress - up - Hong Kong Photoraphy

Kids love to get dressed up.
It doesn't matter what the occasion is.
Some like to get dressed up as super heros or even a moving vehicle.
Some like to get dressed up as princesses, fairies or even a flower...

My kids' school has already done an event that allowed the kids to dress up but with a catch.  Book a ween~  Halloween with a very positive twist.  Everyone participating gets to get dressed up but it must be as a character of their favorite book.

I think all schools or event planners should do this.

We can expose our kids to reading and the amazing characters in our books.

The teachers went all out and got dressed up as well.

One of the teachers painted his face, arms, and legs so he can be a character from one of the Mr. books!!!  (you'll see it on the very left of the last photo)

Things we do for the sake of learning!  I love it!

Let's celebrate Book A Ween~!!!

p.s. I am doing a give away tomorrow!  Please stay tuned!

S & S Family Portrait - Hong Kong Photographer

This family was so down to earth and so laid back.
It made working with them that much easier.
We were at a beautiful location with perfect light!
Open space for little L to run around.
Though I tried to sneak in a picture while she had her rest time.

Thank you for letting me photograph you~

Baby M Portrait : Hong Kong Photography

It's been a crazy two weeks.  I am soooooo behind in posting all the photos!  Thank you for being so patient with me.

Daddy M was amazing. He knew how to soothe her and calm her.  Mommy T was so calm and in peace.  I know it can get quiet chaotic with a new baby in the house.  But this family was calm calm calm!

Without more delay here is Baby M!

There are total of 7 pictures.  Please do refresh if you don't see them all.

Summer holiday: A Visit To The Blueberry Farm

I absolutely LOVE blueberries!
There was an article that said the blueberries are the "power house fruit"
It tastes good.  It fights cancer, heart disease and most importantly aging!  What more can you ask from your fruit???

I was ecstatic when I heard my uncle in Korea started a Blueberry Farm.
They have just started this year so they need to prune most of it.
They can start harvesting next year.

When we visited, everything was nicely planted in order.
They put so much love into it.  I was afraid to let my kids roam... haha
We were disappointed that we couldn't pick them to eat yet but they let us pick a few, and you can see one my daughter is holding.
The taste is amazingly sweet!!! Unlike the ones you buy at the grocery store.

I am definitely going back there next year to harvest these fruits and eat as much as I can and get younger before I return.
